Jacksonville Palestine Solidarity Network ("JAXPSN," "we," "us," "our") operates the website located at https://jaxpsn.org and the associated SMS/MMS/WhatsApp messaging program (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text message communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW
Jacksonville Palestine Solidarity Network is a grassroots, nonprofit advocacy organization based in Jacksonville, Florida. Our mission is to educate, advocate, and mobilize the Jacksonville community in support of Palestinian human rights, justice, and self-determination.

2. OUR SMS/MMS/WHATSAPP PROGRAM
We offer a text message program to keep supporters informed about:

  • Upcoming rallies, vigils, and protests.

  • Educational events, film screenings, and panel discussions.

  • Urgent action alerts and petition campaigns.

  • Community meetings and volunteer opportunities.

2.1 Opt-In
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number via the form on our website and checking the consent box, you expressly opt in to receive recurring text messages from JAXPSN. You understand that:

  • You are not required to opt in as a condition of any purchase (we do not sell goods or services).

  • Message frequency varies based on the number of events and action alerts.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

2.2 Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time. To stop receiving texts:

  • Reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

  • You will receive one (1) final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

  • After confirmation, you will receive no further messages unless you re-initiate opt-in via our website.

3. ELIGIBILITY
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

JAXPSN provides its website and SMS services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

We are a volunteer-run organization and make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we are not liable for errors, omissions, or delays in content.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacksonville Palestine Solidarity Network and its volunteers, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or SMS program, including but not limited to mobile carrier charges or lost messages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and/or via a message to our SMS subscribers.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
