Genocide out of Jaxport!

We, the undersigned residents of Jacksonville, envision a future where our ports are used for the transport of goods that benefit our communities at home and abroad. As such, we urge the board of JAXPORT to align its contracts with ethical standards by cutting ties with ZIM and pressuring Maersk to end its military logistics operations.

War and militarism do not serve the working families of Jacksonville – instead of investing in the proliferation of death, we must invest in life.

1. Terminate its contract with ZIM Logistics, an Israeli shipping company complicit in the oppression of Palestinians through its support of the Israeli military and illegal settlements.
2. Suspend all contracts with Maersk until the company ends its logistical partnerships with the U.S. Department of Defense, which enables militarism, war, and human rights violations globally.
